I just bought the eBook “Trouble Spot Nutrition” by Bruce and Janet (Hradil) Krahn, a husband-wife team. Bruce is a certified trainer, and Janet is a certified nutritionist – so those credentials were the first thing that attracted me to what they had to say.

There’s one particularly wonderful flavonoid – in FOOD – that is called “ploymethoxylated flavonoids” (or PMFs), and THIS has been shown to reduce HSD activity 500% more than other flavonoids.
